That’s why they are comforting, and that’s why people from all over the world have their own family version of their favorite comfort foods.
In Latin America, comfort foods might be rice and beans. In America, it may be burgers and fries. In Italy, it will be lasagna or pasta dishes. In Europe, it may be meat loaf and potatoes!
