Usually, diet means depriving yourself of a lot of food and suffering because you don’t enjoy food (or life) the way you are meant to… You are so worried about breaking “diet rules”.
This can be incredibly frustrating and could cause your self-esteem to plummet because you feel as if you can’t do anything.
